TDS (Tabular Data Stream) protocol primitives shared between the CosmoSQLClient.MsSql client driver and TDS-server implementations (e.g., CosmoKvD). Packet framing, PreLogin / Login7 message types, span-based wire readers, TLS-over-TDS stream adapter, token-type enums, and a token decoder. Types are internal-by-default; consumer assemblies declare InternalsVisibleTo. Not intended for direct application use.
