Security release. Contains a breaking change to the signed payload.

- The content hash now covers the entire message body. Previously only the first 8192 bytes were
 hashed, so any content beyond that was not covered by the signature.
 BREAKING: for bodies larger than 8192 bytes, signatures produced by 1.x do not validate against
 2.x and vice versa. Signers and validators must be upgraded together. Bodies of 8192 bytes or
 fewer are unaffected.
- Malformed Authorization headers and unknown key IDs no longer escape as unhandled exceptions.
