FineUI.Core

v16 命名迁移

程序集、NuGet 包和 C# 命名空间统一为 FineUI.Core。从 v15 升级时，把 FineUICore.dll / FineUICore 引用改为 FineUI.Core.dll / FineUI.Core；迁移期可在源码中临时使用 using FineUICore = FineUI.Core; 降低改动量。

公开样板

社区版可永久免费用于个人和商业项目，完整条款见包内 LICENSE.txt。企业版是客户专属二进制，只通过客户本地源或私有源交付。FineUI 框架实现源码仍为私有商业源代码。
