Fuaran.Core.Observer — the generic runtime-verification seam: the Observation record, the pure Input→Flag Derivation shape, the IObserver register/snapshot/derive/subscribe contract, and an in-memory engine. The runtime analogue of Fuaran.Core.Validator; all flag content stays domain-side (a verification pack supplies its own metric envelope + flag vocabulary). FSharp.Core only.
