The library references
A project created from this pack references the Visual.Net libraries as NuGet packages. The
packages are built by dotnet pack at the repository root but are not published to
nuget.org, so until they are, point the new project at a local feed:
dotnet pack -c Release -o /path/to/local-feed
dotnet nuget add source /path/to/local-feed -n visualnet-local
