FluentValidation rules for HeroKit: Turkish identity and tax numbers, IBAN, card numbers, e-invoice numbers, MERSİS, barcodes, and phone numbers, postal codes, vehicle plates, national and tax ids of any registered country (Türkiye and the United States are built in).
