A logging library that is easy to use and at the same time very powerful.

Supports many targets for logging at the same time while each target can have their own minimum logging level and formatting rules.

To actually log, you will need the LogTargets based on this logger. At the moment the following targets are available:
- Console (logs to the console)
- File (logs to a file)
- Output (logs to the application output)
- Event (logs to Windows events)
- Generic (logs to delegate methods, for users that need a custom LogTarget but don't wish to build their own)
