Intropy.Framework.EventDispatcher

CloudEvent routing for the Intropy.Framework pipeline framework.

Resolves incoming CloudEvents to typed handlers via dependency injection, deserializes the event data, and dispatches to the matching ICloudEventHandler<TData> implementation. Handlers are discovered by scanning assemblies for the [CloudEventType("...")] attribute.
