KNSoft.SMBIOS contains C/C++ definitions of DMTF SMBIOS reference specification (SMBIOS.h) and corresponding type information (SMBIOS.TypeInfo.h), compatible with MSVC and GCC compilers.

And also provides a sample SmbiosDecode decodes and outputs most of SMBIOS data, can be run in Windows and Linux.

TypeInfoGenerator generates type information (SMBIOS.TypeInfo.h) according to the SMBIOS.h, type information is very useful for tools like dmidecode to resolve each of structure fields.

GitHub Action compiles and runs SmbiosDecode, artifact contains this sample program and text output.

Usage

NuGet package KNSoft.SMBIOS is out-of-the-box, install to project and include wanted header:

We always keep our definitions up-to-date, support version control by using SMBIOS_VERSION macro, see SMBIOS.h for more information.

In beta stage, may contains some bugs and various issues, should be used with caution.
