Kun Framework identity facade: IJwtValidator (external Bearer validation with JWKS), IJwtIssuer (S2S token minting), IOidcClient (OIDC discovery + code exchange), and AddKunIdentity fluent DI. Unifies the Authentik/JWT/OIDC configuration that consumer services had been hand-rolling per repo.
