LevelUp.ServiceDefaults.Azure

Opt-in Azure satellite for LevelUp.ServiceDefaults. Adds the Azure Monitor OpenTelemetry distro (never the classic Application Insights SDK) and a Key Vault configuration provider, each gated on configuration so the satellite is a no-op when unconfigured. The heavy Azure SDK dependencies are isolated here so they stay out of the AOT-safe core.

Usage

Key Vault configuration is added via AddLevelUpKeyVault(...); see the type's XML documentation for the connection and fail-fast/opt-out behavior. The vault URI is read from the first non-blank of KeyVault:Uri, KeyVault:VaultUri, Azure:KeyVault:Uri, or Azure:KeyVault:VaultUri, so either the paved-road Uri key or the canonical .NET VaultUri convention works with no config/infra rename.
