Why alert when you can Lurgle?

Lurgle.Alerting is an implementation of FluentEmail that accelerates getting your project up and running with email alerting. It bundles the Smtp and MailKit senders with Razor, Liquid, and Handlebars template rendering, and adds bonuses like an integrated mail host connectivity check, debug mode that helps avoid data leakage, inbuilt automatic handling of comma/semi-colon delimited emails, and email address validation. It includes settings for default Mail From, To, and Debug email addresses, along with a default subject - so you can add Lurgle and start sending simple alerts without specifying the email address every time! You can even have email addresses in your config file and load them from config at need.

The net effect is a predictable alerting implementation with good templating capabilities to suit your needs, that preserves and enhances the FluentEmail approach to building and sending emails.

You can use Lurgle.Alerting by itself, or with Lurgle.Logging to Lurgle your apps even further with a standardised Serilog implementation!
