RabbitMqWorkbench

RabbitMqWorkbench.razor is an internal dashboard for exercising the full IRabbitMqService surface:

SendToQueueWithPriority / envelope publish with priority (requires a priority-enabled queue).
SendToQueueDelayed — broker-side delay via TTL + dead-letter wait queues.
