PostgreSQL and EF Core implementation of Lyo.Story.IStoryStore (PostgresStoryStore) via StoryDbContext, PostgresStoryOptions, and AddPostgresMigrations<StoryDbContext, PostgresStoryOptions>. Schema story. Condition trees are jsonb WhereClause JSON. Response steps are effect rows. Play consequences live on playthrough_event.caused_by_event_id. PostgresStoryStore implements Lyo.Health.IHealth.

Features

• Schema story. Story, optional scenes, nodes (with optional presentation), variables, actions, choices, reactions, effects, playthroughs, and event log.
• DI. AddStoryDbContextFactory / AddPostgresStoryStore and FromConfiguration overloads (section PostgresStory). The store registers StoryLyoMapper and AddLyoCrudServices<StoryDbContext>.
• Row delete. DeleteStoryAsync clears StartNodeId, then deletes the story row; child rows cascade. List and filter stay on Lyo.Query. Graph save and play stay explicit EF.
• Play. StartPlaythroughAsync / TakeChoiceAsync / AdvanceAsync run StoryPlayEngine then persist the snapshot.
• Tenancy. Columns tenant_id and game_key with index ix_story_story_tenant_game back ListStoriesAsync (migration StoryTenancy).
