SQLite-backed implementations of IWebSessionStore and IAccountRegistry for Mabang.Sdk.

The adapter creates its tables on first construction. Session writes use SQLite's atomic conditional UPDATE/INSERT statements for optimistic compare-and-set semantics. Account registry lookups are synchronous because IAccountRegistry exposes synchronous lookup methods.
