MediaInfo.Analysis.Rtsp 26.10.0 - first release

Analysis of rtsp:// sources for MediaInfo.Wrapper.Core 26.10.0. Targets netstandard2.1, net8.0, net10.0.

- MediaInfoAnalyzerBuilder.WithRtsp(...) enables rtsp:// sources.
- Video: H.264 and H.265. Audio: described from the session description, not played.
- Basic and Digest authentication; RTP over the RTSP connection.
- Capture limited by CaptureDuration, MaximumCaptureBytes and SufficientFrameCount.

LIMITATIONS

- Other video codecs are declined with a message.
- Duration and Size are 0.
