it logs all httpclient outbound into the diagnostic tools window.

Usage
NewFuture.HttpClientObserver.SubuscribeAll(); will subscribe all httpclient response
For example, you can add it to Startup.cs or Program.cs to subscribe all httpclient response in debug mode
