## v4.2.0 - HoloNET Manager works end to end on Holochain 0.7.0 and 0.7.1

- App connections now send the authentication token Holochain 0.6+ requires (none worked before).
- Demo HoloNET Entry/Collection use the 0.7 OASIS hApp functions and send the required id/username; bundled oasis.happ rebuilt for 0.7; demo hApp path is absolute.
- Fixed deadlocks/freezes (work queued from WebSocket events never ran; connecting an app deadlocked; WebSocket messages handled on the UI thread), duplicate connections on 0.7.0, reboot hangs, shared entry hash, shutdown re-subscribing handlers, stale-client recycling.
- Fully tested against real Holochain 0.7.0 and 0.7.1 conductors (1,758 + 9 live/fake-conductor tests on each), line coverage ~93%.
- Requires NextGenSoftware.Logging / NextGenSoftware.WebSocket 2.0.4 (fixes below).
