1.基础Authorize，最终的结果还是将所有规则合并成Policy,默认的role只是对Policy封装
     2.RoleCheckAttribute--角色权限，必须设置特性值
     3.PermissionCheckAttribute -先获取获取特性设置的权限值，如果设置为空则获取用户自身权限
     4.UserPermissionCheckAttribute--自定义权限，继承IUserPermissionStore，实现添加权限接口
     5.鉴权优化添加cookie，添加cookie混合验证
     6.AuthorizeAsync验证逻辑是再程序启动时，查找到所有实现AuthorizationHandler的类,如本例子实现类PermissionAuthorizationHandler，然后底层去循环匹配授权校验，如果成功就返回true
