Numerics.NET Native OpenBLAS Provider for Linux x64

This Linux x64 package contains one OpenBLAS 0.3.33 provider implementing dense BLAS and LAPACK operations for real and complex values in single and double precision.

On Linux, automatic selection prefers the matching Intel MKL provider and falls back independently by precision to OpenBLAS. Explicit OpenBlasProvider.LoadManaged() and OpenBlasProviderOfSingle.LoadManaged() remain available.

The package includes Numerics.NET.Native.OpenBlas.so and its private libgfortran.so.5. Both are resolved from the package runtime directory using RUNPATH=$ORIGIN; no system OpenBLAS or GFortran runtime package is required. The Ubuntu runtime used here does not require libquadmath.so.0.

This is an Ubuntu 24.04 development package and requires GLIBC_2.38. It is not the final broad-compatibility release artifact. A later build-and-deploy slice will replace the Linux native inputs with authoritative glibc 2.28 artifacts without changing managed behavior.

There are no supported framework assets in this package.
