Usage

Create a PricesAPI object, specify a user agent and app version and optionally a different host

The the API team from the wiki requests you specify the use for your bot in the user agent

PricesAPI api = new("VolumeTrackerBot", "1.0");

Then use the PricesAPI object to make requests see function prototypes below
