A repack of ObjectListView for .NET 6.0 and .NET 7.0

Changes:

  • BinaryFormatter replaced by JsonSerializer in SaveState/RestoreState (while maintaining byte[] API).
    • BinaryFormatter is deprecated and fails to compile in .NET 7.0.
  • Fix VirtualObjectListViews on .NET 7.0 caused by private members being renamed by Microsoft
    • virtualListSize on ListView was renamed to _virtualListSize
