OrgStructBuilder is a high-performance .NET library designed to calculate complex corporate ownership structures and cross-shareholdings using matrix algebra. It utilizes a specialized convergence algorithm to accurately derive indirect ownership while appropriately handling treasury stock effects through Hadamard products.

The core logic is functional, but the structure and features are subject to change as we continue to refine the algorithm and enhance performance. We are actively working on updates to provide even more robust calculations for complex tax and accounting scenarios.
