ProtoTest.TUnit

Connects the ProtoTest lifecycle to TUnit through ProtoTestExecutor.

Register [assembly: TestExecutor<ProtoTestExecutor>()] and initialize a ProtoTestAssembly from TUnit's assembly hooks. Tests continue to use TUnit's own [Test] attribute.
