Simple client to the Ratcow.Debugging.Server's WCF service. Uses old school WebService to make the implementation almost configuration free.

         Can be used to get a list of all registered variables, and get the live value of those variables at runtime in JSON format.

         N.B. as this is targetting 4.0, there's a dependency on Microsoft.Bcl.Async if you want to use async/await in .Net 4.0. As such I have that dependency set automagically.
