A day is the date, the weight to a tenth of a kilogram, how the day felt from 1 to 5, and whether there was exercise. A date is written as a calendar gives it, 2026-11-03; anything else is refused with date.form. A day recorded again is put right rather than added twice, and the days stay in date order whatever order they are entered in, so a chart of them reads left to right.
