Sparkdo.Communication.Email.Smtp

用户名和密码必须同时提供。生产环境应通过机密管理设施注入凭据，不应把密码写入源码或普通配置文件。

Provider 支持纯文本、HTML、附件、自定义标头和多收件人。引用内容需要先由 IEmailContentResolver 解析。ISmtpEmailGateway 使用 TryAdd 注册，可由集成环境替换。

SMTP 明确拒绝返回 Rejected，临时服务端状态返回 Unavailable；提交期间连接中断返回 Unknown，从而阻止可能造成重复邮件的故障转移。
