SplatDev.Messaging.Newsletter

Newsletter/mailing-list foundation library for the SplatDev.Messaging ecosystem. Ships only interfaces, DTOs, and plain C# events — no provider implementations, no external dependencies. Provider packages (Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, etc.) implement INewsletterProvider and map their APIs to this contract.

Usage (with a provider)

This package is contracts only — INewsletterProvider, the models and the events. It ships no implementation, and there is no provider package alongside it yet. AddMailchimp() does not exist anywhere in this repository; register your own implementation:

Dependencies

No other dependencies. No MediatR, no HTTP client, no third-party SDKs. Provider packages add their own.

1.0.3 — 2026-08-25

Documentation only, no code change. The README showed AddMailchimp(...). There is no such method and no Mailchimp provider — this package is contracts only, and now says so.

Removes a dashboard screenshot that showed an error toast. It was captured against a site where this plugin's API was unreachable, so it advertised a broken dashboard. No screenshot is better than a misleading one; a replacement will be taken against a working install.
