USAGE

1. Install log4net from nuget
2. Install THLogging 4.5.1 or 4.6.1 from {local nuget server}
3. Ensure the log4net.config file is placed at the root directory
4. Modify your config file
    <configuration>
        <configSections>
            <section name="log4net" type="log4net.Config.Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler, log4net" />
        </configSections>
        <log4net configSource="log4net.config" />
    </configuration>
5. Register the ITHLogger to the ITHLogger
6. Call the logger's LogInstance to log all levels of messages.
