本功能插件使用了非静态类，所以使用的时候需要创建类对象
  • 在管理nuget程序包界面搜索，TP.OracleManage，选择最新版本安装
  • 直接创建对象

  3. int getNoDataTable(String sql, OracleConnection con)执行指定 sql 并返回受影响的行数
  4. void CloseConn(OracleConnection conn)关闭数据库连接conn
