Usings cleaned up, room-id is now parsed correctly, IsPartner added to ChatMessage. ReSubscriber and NewSubscriber models removed in favor of a single Subscriber model. Library is compliant with recent subscription changes. Numerous properties added to Subscriber model. To that end, Library uses USERNOTICE instead of PRIV twitchnotify for sub detection. When logging messages, library version is included in message.
