1.修复上一个版本中，在WebServer对象第二次调用Close方法时发生的崩溃问题。
2.优化AshxRegistration路由注册时允许使用简化路由方式，但是这不适用于在MVC项目中，会产生冲突，导致MVC无法正常使用。
3.修复ApiAshx接口下的异步方法，因用户自身代码错误导致未触发统一错误事件的BUG。
4.优化了ApiPacket对象下，增加传输参数过于繁琐的问题，增加匿名对象传入，高效传参。
