1、新增转换器：媒体颜色转画刷、bool 转 Grid 行/列 中的 高/宽；
2、添加一个能绑定 RadioButton 组的 SelectedItem 的行为（来自于B站UP主）；
3、添加媒体颜色帮助类（比较颜色是否相似）。
