Completely changed how a connection string is found and used.
The constructor can accept either a connection string or a connection name. If a connection name is supplied, the constructor will attempt to automatically resolve the connection name into a connection string using either the new static Dictionary or the new static search function.
Connection name/string pairs can be added to the static Dictionary via the DBManager.AddConnectionString method. A connection string search function can be set with the DBManger.SetConnectionStringSearchFunc method. These methods manipulate static fields and only need to be used once during the program's runtime.
If the constructor is not properly recognizing a connection string or connection name, the constructor can be forced to treat the parameter as one or the other via overload methods.
