Azure Cosmos DB-backed IReplicationStore for WalFlow.
Stores one JSON state document per replication slot, partitioned by slot key.

Notes

AutoCreateResources can create database/container on startup.
Partition key path must be /slotName; custom partition key paths are rejected because state and schema history operations partition records by slot name.
Good fit for managed cloud deployments needing shared state.
