WindnTrees Bootstrap Navigation Control

Support json files, roles based rendering and adds a special 'signin' role to de-activate links with authorized roles. Json files allow menu links and items configuration using css styles and html list elements.

Latest release includes navigation files in "/Navigation" folder for .NET Framework. Please check "C:\Users\Current_User\nuget\packages\windntrees.controls.standard\0.0.3\Navigations" for .NET Core installation.
