Winglet.Tenancy.Lifecycle.Contracts

This package contains the stable, minimal Winglet.NET tenant lifecycle wire contract shared by CustomerAccount and tenant-aware target services.

The state-changing request contains only:

  • operationId, a UUIDv7 retry identity;
  • lifecycleRevision, a positive monotonic Int64 per tenant and target service;
  • correlationId, the workflow correlation identity.

The target tenant is carried by the administrative route, not by the request body. The contract deliberately does not carry plans, entitlements, tenant profiles, organization metadata, service settings or arbitrary property bags.

Operations use the stable JSON values provision, activate, suspend and decommission. Operational states use notProvisioned, provisioned, active, suspended and decommissioned. Progress uses pending, running, completed and failed.

GetState is authoritative and returns notProvisioned for a tenant that has never been provisioned. Lifecycle state and operation correctness are owned by the target service; this package does not define persistence or a server framework.
