Metadata update.
     Previous version changes:
     WpfBrowser:
       WpfBrowser now uses a single Target property for navigating etc. Uses Uri scheme (http[s]://, file:// and content:// are supported out-of-the-box) to determine navigation etc.
     MarkdownBrowser:
       Now includes an additional RootPath property which, when set, will cause all links to other .md documents to be rewritten, prefixing them with the given path. This will usually be a relative path (relative to the app's location).
