ZJMaster Script Validation Tool

用于在不启动 ZJMaster 主程序的情况下，对插件中的单个 C# 脚本执行编译和分析预检。当前工具包面向 Windows x64，需要安装 .NET 10 SDK 或运行时。

工具会从目标脚本向上识别 solution 工作区；单插件目录则通过同级 .csproj 和 Scripts 识别。工作区级公共脚本放在 GlobalScripts，并通过 @global/... 引用。
