Pluggable key-value storage abstraction (in-memory, filesystem, encrypted-at-rest), with KeyValue-backed adapters for DtnBundleStore, MessageStore, RouteStore, PreKeyStore, SignalSessionStore. Encrypted-at-rest wraps any store with AES-GCM envelope encryption.
