CloudflareD ↔ Application Insights Client IP

This package fill in the client_IP attribute in the requests table in Application Insights when running through a CloudflareD tunnel.

Usage in Program.cs:

using janmarques.Cloudflared.AppInsights.ClientIP;

var builder = WebApplication.CreateBuilder(args);
builder.RegisterCloudflaredIpLoggingMiddleware();

[...]

var app = builder.Build();
app.UseCloudflaredIpLoggingMiddleware();

Note that the client_IP may still be hidden in Application Insights, but you can tell by the other client_XXX fields that the original IP was supplied.
