## Summary
Test whether a file is proper Unicode.
## Description
Read a file and use the System.Text package to convert and test
unicode.
## Usage
triconv [-f ENCODING] [-t ENCODING] [INPUTFILE...]

0.20.21 Updates to trfoldlit, trconvert (rex, pegjs, kocmanllk but incomplete, trparse, trstrip. Add trcover. Fix trgen for Java with Java/ files. Parse tree attributes added. NB: not all Trash tools supported yet.
