EventHub event model: builds CloudEvents that follow the EventHub event contract, and gives the state of the events modified by the EventHub backend.

EventHub client: publishes and subscribes to EventHub events over NATS JetStream, and acknowledges and ends them through the commands of the EventHub backend.
