- refactor: the dummy reference backend (`Sg`/`Node`/`Dom`/`Model`/`Item`/`Style`/`Panel`/… in DummyApi.fs + Example.fs) moves out of `namespace Adaptify.PureView` into `namespace Adaptify.PureView.Reference`. This supersedes the 0.1.18 `DummySg` stopgap and ALSO closes the latent shadows it left: a consumer's `open Adaptify.PureView` (after `open Aardvark.Dom`) now brings NONE of those dummy names into scope, so `Sg`/`Node`/`Dom`/`Model`/`Item`/`Style` all resolve to the consumer's own types. Internal modules that use the dummy DSL (`Select`/`ViewAst`/`Analyze`/`Host`/`Keyed`, plus `Fcs`/`Typed` in the FCS project) now `open Adaptify.PureView.Reference`; the dummy-backend generators/tests target `Adaptify.PureView.Reference.Node`. The 0.1.18 collection-map and array-typed-adaptive analyzer fixes are unchanged (carried forward).
- known follow-up (non-blocking, 0.1.20): the dead reference-impl modules (ViewAst/Analyze/Host/Keyed/Typed + the dummy DSL) are still COMPILED into the shipped library though unused by the active FCS analyzer; they should be removed from the shipped package entirely. Correctness is unaffected (they're namespaced out of consumers' scope).
