Appulse.Client

Appulse.Client is the primary composition root for installing Appulse in a distributed microservices environment.

Overview

When you install Appulse.Client, it automatically brings in Appulse.Capture and Appulse.Core. It is designed to be lightweight and purely focused on capturing telemetry data and forwarding it to a central hub (via a Transport like RabbitMQ).

Key characteristics:

  • Zero Database I/O: The client does not reference PostgreSQL or Dapper.
  • No Dashboard: The client does not host the Blazor UI.
  • Low Footprint: Perfect for high-throughput APIs.
