Apply [Satisfies("REQ-1")] to a class, struct, interface, method, or constructor to declare that it justifies requirement REQ-1. Apply [Covers("AC-1")] to a test method to declare which acceptance criterion it covers. Both attributes allow multiple applications on the same symbol.
