Apply [Satisfies("REQ-1")] to a class, struct, interface, method, or constructor to declare that it justifies requirement REQ-1. Apply [Covers("REQ-1/AC-1")] to a test method to declare which acceptance criterion it covers. Both attributes allow multiple applications on the same symbol.

A bare criterion id ([Covers("AC-1")], without the REQ-1/ prefix) only resolves when the test method's declaring type itself carries a matching [Satisfies("REQ-1")] — it is not a global search across every requirement. Prefer the qualified REQ-1/AC-1 form unless the test class is already anchored to that requirement.

This package has no runtime behavior of its own — CodeCharter reads the attributes back by name from the compiled assembly during analysis, so referencing this package never couples your project to the analyzer, and it has no transitive dependencies of its own.
