LevelUp.ServiceDefaults.Bifrost

Opt-in satellite for LevelUp.ServiceDefaults that composes Bifrost work-orchestration (bounded channel, autoscaling, work-resilience, DLQ) onto the paved-road pipeline, forcing the worker's health into the shared /health surface and its spans/metrics onto the shared OpenTelemetry stream. The Bifrost dependencies are isolated here so they stay out of the AOT-safe core.

Ownership boundary

This satellite registers work-orchestration only. Bifrost's work-resilience is in-domain and is never wired as a second HTTP-client resilience handler: the satellite never touches ConfigureHttpClientDefaults / AddStandardResilienceHandler, so a service composing the core plus .Bifrost keeps exactly one standard HTTP resilience handler (see design §6.5 / DR-18).
