JSON serializer conformance fixes — QT3 method-json: 64/74 → 73/74.
• Character maps now apply per-character inside JSON string content during EscapeJsonString rather than as a global Replace on final output. Mapped characters bypass JSON escaping (XSLT/XQuery Serialization §11.4). Numeric literals and structural tokens are no longer touched.
• Per-string Unicode normalisation moved inside EscapeJsonString so char-map replacements survive without re-normalisation (QT3 json-35).
• json-node-output-method parameter now parsed from parameter-document maps and propagated into SerializationOptions (QT3 json-53).
• XdmText nodes embedded in JSON output character-reference-encode literal #xD as per XML 1.0 §2.11 (QT3 json-55).
