- Updated NuGet depdendencies.
- Changed ThreadLocal to AsyncLocal for DateTimeInfo.
- Added services.AddRequestTimeZone, just accepting a string for default timezone and defaulting the rest of the options.
- Removed depdendency to ILogger. Now using ILoggerFactory.
- Removed registrering RequestTimeZone as depdendency, as it has no default constructor.
